SUPPORT Tepeyac Leadership TODAY!

Leadership formation is only as powerful as its application. For Catholic professionals, learning about faith, virtue, and values is important—but unless these truths are lived out in daily life, their impact is limited. That’s why Tepeyac Leadership doesn’t stop at classroom theory. TLI equips Catholic leaders to bring their faith to life—in boardrooms, hospitals, city councils, nonprofits, media platforms, and beyond.

Leadership that starts with Christ must go into the world. Tepeyac Leadership believes that every Catholic professional has a vocation to lead, not just in church circles, but in civil society—where the Church’s teachings can truly shape culture. The TLI program moves participants from study to strategy, from intention to influence.

Living the Mission in the Public Square

Too often, leadership development—especially in Catholic contexts—remains academic. But the mission of the laity, as outlined by the Second Vatican Council, is not academic. It’s apostolic. Lay Catholics are called to be salt and light in the world, not just to learn about Catholic social teaching, but to apply it in public life.

Graduates of Tepeyac Leadership are doing just that. The Tepeyac Leaders are serving on nonprofit boards, launching mission-driven businesses, advocating for ethical policy, mentoring young professionals, and leading with integrity in secular settings. Their impact is tangible, measurable, and deeply rooted in faith.

📅 From June 23–27, join the mission of TLI by becoming a monthly supporter!

Visit the 'Leaders' section of our website to read up on some of the amazing leadership commitments our Tepeyac Leaders have taken on since 2018. These are not abstractions—this is real-world Catholic leadership in action. Since 2024, the leadership commitments have been published in the 'Scoop' section of TCP online magazine. Both sites will showcase the concrete fruit that has resulted from Tepeyac Leadership through global efforts of its TLI family.

Bridging the Gap Between Faith and Profession

Many Catholic professionals feel a tension between their faith and their careers. They wonder: Can I be true to my values in this industry? How do I lead ethically when the culture pushes against my convictions?

Tepeyac Leadership bridges this gap by offering formation that speaks directly to these challenges. It doesn’t ask professionals to choose between faith and excellence—it shows them how to integrate both. Leadership, after all, is not just about what we do; it’s about who we are and whose we are.

The program provides tools to lead strategically while remaining faithful. Participants reflect on Church teaching, share real-life challenges, and receive mentorship from leaders who have walked the path before them. In doing so, they discover that Catholic leadership is not only possible—it’s powerful.

More Than Formation—It’s Transformation

What makes Tepeyac Leadership unique is that it produces not just informed professionals, but transformed leaders. These are men and women who see their careers not merely as jobs, but as platforms for evangelization, justice, and service.

The classroom is just the beginning. The real work of Catholic leadership begins once participants step back into the world—renewed, equipped, and ready to lead.

Today marks the final day of our #RaiseUpAndLead campaign—and your chance to be part of something transformative. Our final LinkedIn livestream airs today, closing a powerful week of witness, formation, and invitation. If you’ve been inspired by the stories, the mission, or the vision of Tepeyac Leadership, we ask you to act now. Become a financial supporter—at any level. Whether it’s $10 or $1,000, every dollar counts and fuels our work to form lay Catholic leaders who will shape culture, policy, and communities. Don’t wait. Help us continue this mission—and expand it. The Church and the world need leaders like never before. Will you help raise them up?

SUPPORT Tepeyac Leadership TODAY!

The moment is critical. The Church needs lay leaders who are faithful, courageous, and equipped to shape civil society—now. Tepeyac Leadership (TLI) is forming them, but we are at a tipping point. Without broad, monthly support, we risk losing the momentum God has begun. We’re calling on you—not later, but today—to be part of this mission. $10 a month. $100 a month. Whatever you can commit. If everyone participates, we can sustain and grow this work. If not, we falter. Don’t wait. The future of Catholic leadership depends on what we do together, right now.

Five days (June 23–27) of LinkedIn livestreams to highlight the urgent need for lay Catholic leadership in civil society. 💻✨ Your support will help form the next generation of faithful, mission-driven Catholic professionals ready to transform the world. 🌍💼

Beyond the Minimum: Making Confession a Commitment

This Lent, go to confession. Go with sincerity. Go with courage. But do not let the grace of the season end with Easter Sunday. Consider committing to monthly confession. Put it on your calendar with the same seriousness as your most important meetings.
