Eight Generations Strong—Thank You for Supporting Tepeyac Leaders

Since its founding, Tepeyac Leadership has formed Catholic professionals not just for success in their careers—but for significance in the world. With each graduating cohort, the mission has grown, deepened, and expanded across the globe. Today, eight generations of Tepeyac alumni are bearing measurable fruit, leading with faith and integrity in boardrooms, classrooms, public halls, business, media outlets, nonprofits, and beyond.

Tepeyac Leaders are not simply passive participants in the Church’s life; they are active agents of transformation in civil society. They are business leaders embedding Catholic social teaching into company culture. They are public servants advocating for the dignity of life. They are entrepreneurs launching values-driven ventures, and educators forming hearts and minds with the light of the Gospel.

Across every continent and industry, the Tepeyac Leadership network, a.k.a. the TLI family, is growing and making an impact. From Phoenix to New York, from Mexico to Uganda, Tepeyac Leaders are collaborating, mentoring, and serving in ways that ripple far beyond their immediate communities. What unites them is not a shared profession, but a shared purpose: to live out their Catholic faith by leading in the world.

Measurable Outcomes of Formation

The outcomes speak for themselves. Since the program’s launch:

• Our Tepeyac Leaders have joined nonprofit and corporate boards, amplifying Catholic values in key decision-making spaces.
• Tepeyac Leaders have launched new apostolates, started mission-driven businesses, and accepted public leadership roles in the US and beyond.
• Many have become mentors to other young professionals, multiplying their formation and raising up the next generation of leaders.
