SUPPORT Tepeyac Leadership TODAY!

In every corner of the world, Catholics sit at desks, lead teams, build businesses, and shape policies. Yet too many of them feel isolated in their faith, unsure of how to integrate Catholic values into their professions. That’s where Tepeyac Leadership comes in—not as another leadership program, but as a movement forming lay Catholic professionals for a global mission.

Tepeyac Leadership exists to equip professionals to lead not only with skill, but with deep conviction, courage, and Catholic identity. Its vision is bold: a world renewed through the influence of faithful lay leaders in every sector of society. From boardrooms to classrooms, from nonprofit work to politics, Tepeyac leaders are changing the world from within.

A Universal Call

The Catholic Church is universal by nature—"catholic" literally means universal. Tepeyac Leadership embraces this identity by preparing leaders for influence not just in one diocese, city, or country, but worldwide. Alumni of the program are now active across every continent, embodying the Church’s mission in professional spaces too often untouched by Gospel values.

This global reach isn’t just symbolic—it’s strategic. The challenges we face today, from moral relativism to political polarization to economic injustice, are not confined to one culture or nation. The solution must be equally expansive. That’s why Tepeyac Leadership empowers Catholics in diverse industries and countries to become ambassadors of renewal in their own communities.

Building a Global Network of Catholic Leaders

The heart of Tepeyac Leadership is community. Participants don't simply learn principles of leadership and Catholic social teaching—they become part of a worldwide network of faithful professionals committed to supporting each other and collaborating for the common good.

This network becomes a lifeline for those striving to live their faith in complex environments. Whether navigating ethical dilemmas in the workplace or launching an apostolate, Tepeyac Leaders, our alumni, are never alone. They are part of a dynamic body of leaders who hold each other accountable, share wisdom, and inspire one another to go further.

Why Global Leadership Matters

Catholic leadership is not about domination or prestige—it’s about servant leadership rooted in truth and love. It’s about bringing hope to a world in crisis and solutions to systems in need of reform. This kind of leadership is desperately needed—not just locally, but globally.

Tepeyac Leadership recognizes that the laity have been entrusted with this responsibility. In the words of the Second Vatican Council, “The laity must take up the renewal of the temporal order as their own special obligation.” This renewal isn’t confined to Church programs or Sunday Mass; it unfolds in board meetings, classrooms, community projects, and public service.

Tepeyac Leadership is forming leaders for that mission—leaders who understand that faith is not a private affair but a public witness.

Beyond the Minimum: Making Confession a Commitment

This Lent, go to confession. Go with sincerity. Go with courage. But do not let the grace of the season end with Easter Sunday. Consider committing to monthly confession. Put it on your calendar with the same seriousness as your most important meetings.

Fasting: Discipline, Freedom, and Love

Spiritually, fasting fosters humility, clarity, and detachment. It reveals our hidden dependencies and invites us to place our trust more fully in God. Many Catholics testify that fasting deepens their prayer and heightens their awareness of God’s presence.
