The Catholic faith is universal. It unites people of every language, culture, and nation under the one Body of Christ. And at The Hour of the Laity 2025, this universality will be on full display.

Catholic professionals are making their way to Tepeyac Hill. They are answering Our Lady’s call. They are coming to be formed, to be commissioned, and to return home as leaven in society.

THL2025 is more than a conference—it is a global movement. A movement of Catholic leaders who believe that faith is not meant to be private, but public. A movement that recognizes the laity are called to transform culture, not merely to survive within it. A movement that seeks nothing less than the renewal of society in Christ.

Picture the sight: men and women gathered beneath the gaze of Our Lady of Guadalupe, praying together, learning together, and committing themselves anew to the mission of the Church. Picture the diversity of cultures all united by one faith and one baptism. Picture the joy of realizing that you are part of something bigger than yourself—a worldwide family of Catholic leaders.

Just yesterday, the Church gave us a powerful reminder of this truth in the canonization of Carlo Acutis and Pier Giorgio Frassati—two laymen who, though separated by time and circumstance, lived the Gospel with extraordinary courage and joy. Their witness is a testament to what God can do through ordinary Catholics who make their faith the measure of their lives.

When the laity rise together, the world will change.

But this vision is not complete without you. Your gifts, your vocation, your leadership are essential. You are needed at Tepeyac.

This November 6-8, join the global movement. Come and see what God is doing through His people. Return home renewed, equipped, and ready to lead with faith and courage.

The world needs Catholic leaders. Our Lady is calling. Will you answer?

LinkedIn, and the Temptation to Perform Success

For many people LikedIn slowly becomes more than a tool. It becomes a stage. On that stage, success can be curated, arranged, and subtly exaggerated. The temptation is not always dishonesty in the obvious sense. It is something quieter.
