Dear TLI family,
As we enter the holy season of Advent our hearts turn once again toward the light of Christ, who comes into this world to redeem and to renew. Every year this season invites us to remember who we are as disciples, to reflect on how the Lord has moved in our lives, and to consider how we can respond generously to His call. Yesterday was Giving Tuesday, which marked the beginning of the giving season. Today I write to invite you to make an end of year gift to Tepeyac Leadership.
Over the past year, we have journeyed together through so many important moments. Together we have reflected on the needs of our culture, examined difficult news stories through a Catholic lens, and celebrated the many victories that the Holy Spirit has brought forth through our apostolate.
We have rejoiced in the continued success of our TLI programs in the United States and the rest of the world, the growing impact of our alumni network, and the expanding footprint of faithful Catholic leadership in the secular world. Through every challenge we have kept our focus on Christ and the mission entrusted to us, to form lay leaders who will sanctify the temporal order.
Your involvement, prayers and active support have allowed this mission to grow steadily.
411 Tepeyac Leaders have completed the program, each of them formed to bring the light of the Gospel into workplaces, professions, and communities that often desperately need it. We have seen alumni become board members of Catholic charities and civic organizations, entrepreneurs who place human dignity at the center of their work, teachers and public servants who model integrity and virtue, and quiet witnesses who live the faith with joy in a culture that frequently pushes Christian convictions aside. These stories remind us that lay leadership matters profoundly. It shapes the world in ways often unseen but always necessary.
At the same time the challenges around us have increased. The erosion of moral clarity in public life, the growing confusion in the dominant culture, and the many pressures placed on families and communities all call for Catholics who are well formed, courageous, and anchored in truth.
Our apostolate exists precisely for this moment. The need for faithful leaders is greater than ever, and the opportunity to form them is a grace we cannot take for granted.
As we close this year, I ask you to prayerfully consider supporting Tepeyac Leadership in one of the following ways:
1. Click for a one-time gift today, bless our mission and allow us to continue reaching the lay leaders the Church needs. Or if you prefer, send your gift by mail.
2. If you are able, you may also consider making a qualified charitable distribution from your retirement account, which for many is a tax efficient way to give.
3. Double your gift to Tepeyac Leadership, Inc. through your company’s matching gift program if available.
4. Or walk with us in an ongoing way, becoming a monthly supporter. This is one of the most impactful commitments you can make to us. Monthly gifts provide stability, allow us to plan, and help ensure that every future cohort receives the formation they deserve.
No gift is too large or small to move the mission forward!
Whatever level of support you can offer, please know that it is received with gratitude. Every gift is an act of partnership in evangelization. Every contribution strengthens the mission of forming Catholic leaders for the transformation of the world. And every donation, helps us build a community of professionals who lead with faith, serve with humility, and bring Christ into their spheres of influence.
Thank you for standing with us throughout this year. Thank you for reading my weekly emails, for praying for and with us, and for sharing in the joys and trials of your TLI family. As Advent begins, let us walk together in hope, trusting that the Lord will bless our generosity and our efforts and multiply them for His glory.
With gratitude in Christ and Our Lady of Guadalupe,
