Tepeyac Leadership Welcomes TLI 2026 Cohort

“The true calling of the laity, the authentic vocation of lay Catholic men and women, is to be ambassadors of Christ in the world, living alongside others in secular society while pursuing holiness and sanctifying the world.”

Tepeyac Leadership welcomes the participants of the 2026 TLI Cohort.

Tepeyac Leadership, Inc. is delighted to introduce the TLI 2026 Cohort. Through its flagship program, the Tepeyac Leadership Initiative (TLI), our global apostolate will dedicate the next five months to nurturing and equipping the next generation of lay Catholic leaders who will impact civil society around the world. As usual, participants come from a diverse range of sectors, including business, nonprofit, education, media, healthcare, finance, and law.

The following alphabetized list of program participants will be divided into three program tracks, two conducted in English and one in Spanish. An important milestone for TLI this year is the introduction, for the first time, of a program track offered entirely in Spanish and exclusively for participants from Latin America.

"As we look at the current state of society, it’s clear the need to invest in emerging Catholic leaders has never been greater," said Cristofer Pereyra, CEO of Tepeyac Leadership. " We are grateful to continue to advance the mission always for the greater glory of God."

The founder of TLI, Bishop Emeritus Thomas Olmsted of Phoenix, has emphasized, “The true calling of the laity, the authentic vocation of lay Catholic men and women, is to be ambassadors of Christ in the world, living alongside others in secular society while pursuing holiness and sanctifying the world.”

Since 2018, TLI has brought together and invested in Catholic professionals, preparing them for leadership through a unique experience rooted in the encounter with truth, goodness, and beauty. The initiative continues to empower its graduates to build communities where individuals can thrive and the common good is promoted. Tepeyac Leadership is investing in leadership for the world.

What Candlemas Teaches Us About Vocation

As the Christmas season formally concludes, the Church gently shifts our focus. We are no longer simply contemplating the Child in the manger. We are being prepared to follow the Man who will teach, suffer, die, and rise.
