Tepeyac Leadership, Inc. (TLI), a global apostolate dedicated to forming lay Catholic leaders for civil society, today announced significant plans for expansion and growth in Europe and beyond. Founded in 2018 by the Most Rev. Thomas Olmsted, Bishop Emeritus of Phoenix, and led by CEO, Cristofer Pereyra, Tepeyac Leadership has grown exponentially, with TLI alumni (referred to as Tepeyac Leaders) now in every continent. Through its formation platforms, TLI empowers Catholic professionals to take an active role in shaping society according to the values of the Gospel.

As part of this exciting phase of expansion this 2025 Jubilee year, Tepeyac Leadership will host a series of major events in Europe to introduce its mission and vision to Catholic professionals and leaders across the continent. These gatherings will offer an opportunity to share the apostolate's focus on leadership development, spiritual formation, and the promotion of Catholic values in the workplace and broader society. The cities selected for these gatherings are:

  • Rome (March 6, 2025): The heart of the Catholic Church, where Tepeyac Leadership will host a presentation on the intersection of faith and leadership in the modern world.
  • London (March 7, 2025): A key global financial hub, where the focus will be on engaging Catholic professionals in the business world to live out their faith in their careers and influence society for the better.
  • Lisbon (March 9, 2025): A vibrant city at the crossroads of Europe and the wider world, where Tepeyac Leadership will engage with professionals in a variety of fields, particularly those involved in public service and the arts.

In addition to the events above, Tepeyac Leadership will host its annual Tepeyac Leadership Retreats in two of the most spiritually significant Marian shrines in the Catholic world:

  • Mexico City (May 2025): The retreat will take place at the Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe, one of the most visited pilgrimage sites in the world, where participants will experience deep spiritual renewal and reflection on their call to leadership.
  • Fatima (May 2025): Set in the serene surroundings of the Sanctuary of Fatima, this retreat will provide an opportunity for participants of the TLI program in Europe, Africa and the Middle East to grow in their faith and deepen their understanding of their mission as Catholic leaders in the world.

Tepeyac Leadership's global mission remains to raise up lay Catholic leaders who are equipped to transform society in line with the Gospel. Through the Ecclesiastical guidance of Bishop Olmsted, Pereyra, and a dedicated team, Tepeyac Leadership continues to prepare individuals who are committed to making a profound impact on the world around them.

“We are excited to continue to bring Tepeyac Leadership’s message to a global audience, and especially to Europe, where the challenges facing the Church and society are profound,” said Cristofer Pereyra, Executive Director of Tepeyac Leadership. “Our events and retreats will empower professionals to live their faith boldly in the public sphere and to lead with a vision grounded in Christ.”
