As we approach the end of the year, we take a moment to reflect on the incredible work Tepeyac Leadership has accomplished over the past months.

Through your support, we have been able to form and equip lay Catholic leaders who are transforming communities and advancing the Gospel in civil society. However, the work is far from finished, and we are asking for your continued partnership as we enter a new year full of hope and opportunity.

Tepeyac Leadership exists to empower lay Catholics with the skills, formation, and guidance they need to lead with courage and integrity in the public sphere.

Our mission is to ensure that the values of the Gospel resonate deeply in the arenas of politics, business, education, and culture. These areas are vital to shaping the future of our societies, and through our unique programs, we are equipping men and women to become true leaders of faith, vision, and purpose.

As we close out this year, we are looking ahead to the important work that lies in 2024.

We are expanding our programs, reaching new regions, and impacting more lives.

But none of this is possible without the generosity of our supporters—people like you, who understand the importance of investing in the next generation of lay leaders.

This is why I am reaching out to you today. As we approach December 31st, we invite you to make a tax-deductible donation to Tepeyac Leadership. Your financial support will enable us to:

  1. Expand Our Leadership Programs: We aim to provide high-quality, comprehensive training to more Catholics around the world, equipping them to take on leadership roles in their local communities and beyond.
  2. Develop New Resources: We are committed to creating and distributing educational materials that can help lay Catholics grow in their faith, leadership, and service.
  3. Support Scholarships for Future Leaders: With your help, we can ensure that financial constraints do not prevent talented individuals from receiving the formation they need to lead with excellence.

We know there are many worthy causes, but the need for strong, faith-filled leaders in our world has never been greater. Your generosity can help us meet this need, providing vital formation and support to those who will go on to make a lasting difference in their communities.

If you are able, we kindly ask that you consider making a year-end donation today. There are several ways to give, including one-time gifts, recurring donations, and contributions via check or credit card. For your convenience, you can donate directly online, here.

Or you may contact me for more information on alternative giving methods, cpereyra@TepeyacLeadership.org.

As we reflect on the blessings of this year, we want to express our deepest gratitude for your continued support of Tepeyac Leadership. Your prayers, encouragement, and financial gifts are making a profound impact, and we are truly humbled by your commitment to our mission.

Together, we can build a stronger, more faithful world for the next generation. May God bless you and your loved ones with peace and joy as we enter a new year full of promise and possibilities.

Together, let's continue transforming lives, building up the community and the Church, by investing in tomorrow's lay Catholic leaders for civil society.

P.S. Be sure to take advantage of the early-bird discount and buy your tickets now for the upcoming Tepeyac Leadership Gala in Phoenix, April 12, 2025.

Whether we look at global instability, cultural confusion, or the quieter challenges inside our organizations and families, one question keeps surfacing with urgency. What does faithful leadership look like when it is not convenient?

Personal Branding Without Losing Humility

True influence is not measured by visibility alone but by the good it produces in others. When personal presence is grounded in humility, branding becomes less about constructing an image and more about revealing truth.

Leadership Lessons from St. Joan of Arc

One of the most remarkable aspects of Joan’s leadership is her resistance to external pressure. She was questioned, examined, and challenged by powerful institutions of her time, yet she remained anchored in her convictions.
